Our Journey
Flava Nutrition Studio was born in August 2021, fueled by our passion for better nutrition & wellness. Fresh from Australia, we lived in Masterton while running our shop in Palmy—the commute was tough, but our mission was bigger than the miles.
With my honey holding it down at home, I poured my heart into the business, bringing healthier choices to our whānau and community. Palmy embraced us, our social media blew up, and after 20 months, we made the move. Flava became more than a studio—it became a hub for good vibes, great energy, and game-changing nutrition.
During my New Year's break, I was fully present with my boys and whānau for the first time in years. Watching my son, now six, catch his first wave and enjoying chocolate-covered strawberries at Lewis Farms and so much more, I realized how much I had been missing. My work-life balance was out of sync, and it was time for a change.
