When were introduced to the products, we absolutely loved them. They tasted delicious, made us feel amazing and were healthy too. We were sold. 

Flava Nutrition Studio was born in August 2021. 3rd Studio in NZ. Fresh from Australia, we lived in Masterton while running our shop in Palmy. The commute was tough, but our mission was bigger than the miles.

​Flava became more than just a place for amazing drinks. It became a community where everyone felt welcome. From the moment you walked in, you were greeted with a friendly face, uplifting vibes, and drinks made with love. You came in as a customer and left as family, with beautiful friendships formed along the way.

During my New Year's break, I was fully present with my boys and Whānau for the first time in years. Watching my son, now six, catch his first wave and enjoying chocolate-covered strawberries at Lewis Farms and so much more, I realized how much I had been missing. My work-life balance was off, and it was time for a change. So, we made the tough decision to close our studio, move our business online & to local events.

Making sure our Flava fam could still enjoy our products was a top priority! So I learnt hot to and created Flava Remixed—same great taste, just a NEW look. Now, you can enjoy your favorites anytime, anywhere!

We are beyond grateful to our Flava Fams for their continued support, love, and energy. You made our studio what it was and we can’t thank you enough for being part of our journey on George Street.
